The Tiki Cocktail Review
It’s officially summer now, so what better way to kick it into high gear? A review refresher of my favorite tiki cocktail recipes. These are not the kind of drinks you have often, but they sure do make a social hour fun! They’re delicious, dramatic, fun to make and can be easily made into non alcoholic drinks so everyone can enjoy them. Get the blender out, this is going to be refreshing, that’s for sure.

This is a favorite. If you’ve ever been to Trader Vic’s, this is their recipe. You know why it’s better than most? They don’t make it up as they go. This is the classic Mai Tai Cocktail. I don’t know about you, but I’ve been to plenty of places that put a bunch of different fruit juices in a glass, float some rum, add a cherry and call it a Mai Tai. That is not even close to the real thing.
